Hey All! I just wanted to tell you a little bit about myself … My name is Crystal and I live in a small coastal town in Rhode Island with my family. My husband and I have 3 children. As their Momma, I can tell you that they are wonderful 💕 We have a beauty of a pup named, Sunny. I always call her Sunny-Lish because she’s delicious 😍Recently, we added 2 Bassett Hound puppies to our family along with 2 fish. We also have 4 cats. I’m totally going to be a cat lady when I grow up 😉😊 Needless to say, my home is filled and I am blessed.

I’ve always been interested in the human body and health. My very first book that I chose for myself was a book about the human body and the changes it goes through during pregnancy. At the age of 5, I would get up extra early to put my baby pink leotard on, along with my baby pink leg warmers and try to drag my Momma out of bed to Mickey Mousercise. Needless to say, that didn’t always go as planned 😉

The majority of my employment has been in the healthcare and public health field. My college education started with nursing courses, but eventually I earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. I continued my education studying courses to obtain a certificate of graduate studies in health psychology, but never obtaining my degree because I became really sick (I’ll tell you more about that in The Wellness Fringe Bio). While I was healing, I acquired my health coaching certification.

I’m a lover of all things. I enjoy reading, research, dancing, running, spending time with family, nature, the beach, … my list could go on forever 😊 I’ll save you by stopping there, but you’ll learn more and more about me as you read my posts right here. I can’t wait to learn more about you!
