Dr. Sonja is an In Network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare commercial and First Health Network/Consolidated Health Plans and an Out of Network provider for Aetna.  Please call your insurance provider directly to verify coverage as online listings are not always accurate. Unfortunately most Medicaid plans do not offer acupuncture benefits at this time.

BCBS of RI Medicare Advantage Bluechip will only offer acupuncture benefits for chronic lower back pain in 2026
